What materials do you use?
We source materials from numerous sources to ensure quality and affordability. Our favorite woods to use are acacia, olivewood, and mango, but we also source natural materials such as bamboo and slate for our creations.

Are your cutting boards food safe?
While offering a decorative touch of nature into your home, our cutting boards are 100% food safe as well. Boards are rinsed and treated as the last step in our process. You should routinely use a cutting board oil or similar product to maintain your cutting board.
Where are you located?
While we participate in numerous local events and markets in Brunswick County, NC, our shop is located on the Lockwood Folley River. While we do not have a public retail location, you can always contact us with requests.
Do you take custom requests?
Absolutely – custom work is at the heart of Wood & Water. While we will do everything possible to bring your custom vision to life, we cannot engrave or alter your personal item. All woods are different, and we do not want to damage your personal momento.
Didn’t you have different name before?
We sure did! We started our small business as Crabby’s Craft Shack originally. As our work and customers came better into focus, we are pleased. to introduce Wood & Water – same attention to quality, same affordability, just a new name!
